Our goal is to provide you with the very best in Planning, Catering, Bar Services, Decor, Floral Design and Entertainment.

Our quality standards are high, with an emphasis on attention to detail. Our goal is always to deliver high quality at a reasonable price. Your satisfaction is of paramount importance.

Below is a list of the services we offer:

Party & Wedding Packages: -

At Parties 2 Please our aim is to take all the stress and worry out of planning your wedding or party, we do this by offering package deals that cover the whole event including, planning, venue, photographs, catering, bar facilities, balloons, floral decor, table and room decor and entertainment etc. all from one source, with many of the services provided in-house.

Planning: -

When you take advantage of our total package service the planning is included at no extra cost.

Catering: -

Again we offer catering either as part of a total package or as a stand alone service. We cater for Parties, Weddings, Funerals, Baptisms, Outside Events, Corporate Events, Fetes, Garden Parties etc.

From simple Buffets or Canapé Receptions to Three or Four Course Meals
Off site our service can be either delivery only, where your food will be delivered to you on disposable platters ready for you to serve to your guests.
Or we provide a managed service where we deliver, set up, serve and clear away. This service can be as simple or elaborate as you wish.

Licensed Bar Service: -

If your venue does not have bar facilities we can provide a Mobile Bar Hire Service for you. We can operate from almost any building, Church Hall or Village Halls, Marquee’s, Gardens etc. (subject to licensing laws).

Several bar options are available including: -

Standard Pay Bar: where your guests pay for their drinks (License required)
Free Bar: where you pay in advance for the drinks and give the to your guests free of charge (License not normally required)
Mixture of Both: you pay for some drinks in advance and when they run out we start charging your guests.

Venue Decoration Service: -

Parties 2 Please offer a comprehensive decoration service which includes Balloon Decorating, Table and Room Decoration, Illuminated Table Centre Hire, Floral Arrangements and Decoration, either as part of a package or as individual services

Floral Design Service: -

If you need flowers for your Wedding or Party either to decorate the church or venue, or Wedding Bouquets, Posies, and Table Centre’s etc. We have a trained Floral Designer available to look after your most exacting needs

Disco & Karaoke

Our Disco & Karaoke services include both our own in-house DJ and also the booking of third party DJ’s for events

Venue Hire

Our Party Packages can include the cost of venue hire, we also have arrangements with local venues and can arrange bookings for you.
